MISSION-VISION
December 1, 2011

"We Are The Henry Ford of Home Building."

VISION

We will redefine the American home and its relationship with energy in a way that is affordable for all Americans. We will revolutionize homebuilding with consistent price reductions each year.

MISSION

We produce energy self-sufficient homes in mass-manufacturing facilities, integrating radical energy design, the modular manufacturing process and inventive products to achieve the KDG Net-Zero Energy Home that is affordable to build and healthy to live in ensuring a bright future for our children and children’s children.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Impacting the Globe
Our global vision for housing and energy is to manufacture one million (1,000,000) energy self-sufficient homes across the nation and six continents by 2019.

Focusing on Energy Design
We eliminate the challenges of on-site construction for the benefits of building indoors and completely shift the focus of home construction to energy design from day one.

Creating Consistent Value
We consistently create value through mass-production of modular homes, continually enabling higher quality at a persistently lower annual cost.

Building a Brighter Future for All
Millions of Americans will be liberated from the crisis of rising and uncontrollable energy costs.  Dignity will return to the lives of our senior adults and others living on fixed incomes as they find stabilization in their household cost of living.

Attracting Capital – Creating Jobs
By setting the global energy standard to net-zero, KDG will bring additional private resources for investment to the new energy economy, creating newly-emerging high-growth-potential jobs and expanding opportunities for the nation’s working people.

UNITED NATIONS EARTH SUMMIT 1992

Twelve Year Old: "Stop Breaking It!"
Nearly twenty years ago Severn Suzuki called for environmental stewardship at the UN Earth Summit, representing the generation of young people growing up in the modern world.  That was 1992, and unfortunately, there has been little change since.

A Native American Proverb states that "We do not inherit the Earth from our parents, we borrow it from our children."  KDG's mission will ease our dependency on fossil fuels for energy generation and offer renewable energy as the most viable choice to the new home buyer.
